The Swap
🍳 Holybelly, Paris -my favourite cafe in Europe- recently conducted ‘The Epic Swap’. Front of house and the kitchen both swapped roles for an entire service. It was epic. It was messy. It was amazing! Check out the video here and applaud them for even attempting it.
